cloud cliché

  • Wanderlust can take various forms. My mind wanders to some of the travels in distant and different places. Outside of my normal environment, sometimes separated by language or geography, that photographic eye takes shape. However, i’m alway looking at the sky, especially when driving around within my sphere. Generally, a cloudless sky is what I see, but sometimes, that majestic depth of cloud layers wallows above me – all too briefly – as the winds shift and change the cloudscape.

I know it’s clichéd, but there’s a few hundred sunsets and sunrises each year and when that unique one comes up – and I have my gear in tow – the temptation to take the pic is overwhelming and I have to capture it, before it blurs away in my mind.
