A visual metaphor for my attempt to push through a malaise in putting thoughts to bits, at the same time reminding me of some seriously good times roaming the California desert landscape. Winter is not a hospitable season to visit the barren lands. Day time can be pleasant, but there’s a chill in the air and temperatures drop quickly with the shortened days. While have never been a witness to a flash flood, the water is on the trail…it’s on the way of our exploring…so, somewhat haphazardly, 325 hp is used to hurl a 3-ton block of metal, plastic, rubber and flesh through a few inches of muddy water.
Just the sort of image to stoke the fire of my wanderlust…Advertisements
